Villa Walton is a non-smoking property, please ask for the designated outside smoking area.

Pets are not permitted at Villa Walton, we have farm stock and a family pet on site (Ted the Wire-haired Fox Terrier).

For the enjoyment of all our guests, we regret Children under the age of 12 are unable to stay at Villa Walton.

Credit card is required at time of booking, and will be charged for no show and cancellation charges. 3% surcharge will be added to transaction total.

Photo Identification such as your international passport or New Zealand driver license will be required at time of check in. 

For the protection of the credit card holder, Villa Walton may ask to sight the credit card being used for accommodation and sundry charges

The Credit Card holder must be a named guest at Villa Walton.

Payment Policy:

Mastercard, Visa and Cash  accepted.

Credit card transaction will incur 3% surcharge.

Valid Credit card will be taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date for Direct Bookings only, Wholesale and Travel Agent within 21 days: 100% forfeit of the total booking value, Unless non refundable reservation was made at time of booking.

All bookings 2 rooms or greater cancellation within 21 days of arrival will be 100% forfeit of the total booking value.

 

No show reservations will be charged for entire accommodation stay, all current and future reservations will be cancelled after 24 hours of arrival. We recommend you contact Villa Walton should your travel plans change.

COVID19

Should New Zealand move from the current alert level 1 that would prevent guests from travelling from different regions within New Zealand we will forgo all cancellation policies. This amendment is only active while New Zealand is under any alert level 1 thru 4 and only for New Zealand Residents living in New Zealand, after this all standard cancellation policies will apply
